Whoa! The past two months have been insane. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to makes some updates with the biz. I recently added the 35mm 1.4 to my camera bag and officially last night, the 85mm 1.2 🙂 I keep looking at it and wondering if it is really mine or if someone is about to wake me up from the best dream EVER! If this is a dream, do not wake me up 😉
Anyways, besides some equipment upgrades, I also decided to take a leap in switching album companies. I was printing with WHCC for my wedding albums that I offered to clients but decided I wanted to make a change with an awesome company called Kiss Wedding Books. I have heard nothing but great things about this company, so I had to try it out for myself! Not only was the turn around time and customer service fantastic but so is the quality of their product. The sample album I ordered was of a recent engagement session. I chose the 8×8 in the color of “smoldering brown.”
You want to know why I also love this company? Designing with them is a BREEZE! Although some photographers have a passion for designing albums, I most certainly do not. They have a free album design program called, SWAT, where you can easily follow the steps in designing your own album and customizing the pages as you wish. You can also have the option of having someone design the album for you too!
Kiss Wedding Books come in 4 different sizes: 4×4, 8×8, 10×10, and 12×12. They are printed on a beautiful fuji archival paper, and the thickness of the paper is based on if you choose a linen or leather cover. Also, because I love them so much, I now offer albums for portrait/engagement sessions, not just weddings.
